| Q. | Do you have a minimum order quantity? |
| A. | No, however the prices displayed are for 10 garments or more – this can be mixed garments. Please contact us for a quote for orders less than 10 garments. Discounts are available on larger orders. |
| Q. | Can you supply garments without embroidery? |
| A. | Yes please contact us for prices. |
| Q. | What are the set up costs? |
| A. | The average team logo consists of approximately 5,000 stitches the set up cost for designs upto 5,000 stitches is £30. For more complex logos please add £6 per 1,000 stitches. The prices displayed include the embroidered logo up to 5,000 stitches extra stitches will be charged at 25p per 1,000. |
| Q. | What if have my own disc? |
| A. | Provided that it is the correct format and quality we can use your disc. We charge a set up fee of £5 to allow us to produce a sample logo for approval. |
| Q. | How much do you charge for packing and postage? |
| A. | We charge nothing for packaging, postage starts at £8.50 (up to 15 kg) for next day courier delivery. |
| Q. | Can I see a sample of my logo before you go ahead with the order? |
| A. | Yes, we will always send a sample for your approval and this is included in the set up costs. |
| Q. | Do you offer sample garments? |
| A. | Yes we offer sample garments these are charged at a single rate this will be refunded upon return of the garment. |
| Q. | Do you supply children’s sizes? |
| A. | Yes many of the garments on our website are available in children’s sizes. |
| Q. | Are the garments available in larger sizes and will I have to pay more? |
| A. | Yes most of the garments on the website are available up to 4XL for a small surcharge. |
| Q. | When is payment required? |
| A. | Payment is required at the time of ordering. We accept cheques and all major credit/debit cards. |
| Q. | How quickly will I receive my finished garments? |
| A. | From logo approval the standard time is 2 weeks. |
